Ristrutturazione integrale di un appartamento di 210 mq posto al quindicesimo piano di un alto edificio nel cuore di Milano, il programma prevedeva la realizzazione di un lussuoso e comodo appartamento dotato di 4 stanze da letto, 3 bagni, una lavanderia, cucina ed un’ampio soggiorno, il tema di progetto è stato quello di tentare di ottenere la massima continuità tra gli ambienti, tema raggiunto anche con l’ausilio dell’utilizzo dei materiali e dei colori.
Materiali/forniture:
Finiture in parquet, e gres marca Casalgrande, luci Viabizzuno, ceramiche bagni Catalano, rubinetterie Zucchetti, impianto di climatizzazione Daikin con pompa di calore canalizzato nei controsoffitti.
Full reconstruction of an attic in Milan
Full reconstruction of a 210 square meters apartment located on the 15° floor of a tall building in the heart of Milan. The project included the construction of a luxurious and comfortable apartment with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, a kitchen and a large living room. The aim of the project was to try and achieve maximum continuity among the environments. The aim was also achieved with the aid of materials and the use of colors.
Materials / supplies:
Finishing in wood floors and stoneware by Casalgrande, lights by Viabizzuno, bathroom ceramics by Catalano, bathroom fittings by Zucchetti, air-conditioning system by Daikin with heat pump canalized in the false ceilings.
