Ristrutturazione integrale di un appartamento di 195 mq (170+25) e 110 mq di terrazzo, disposto su 2 livelli nel cuore di Milano. Il programma prevedeva la realizzazione di un moderno e esclusivo appartamento per una famiglia di quattro persone, l’appartamento è sviluppato su di un livello eccetto la cucina, dotata di un piccolo bagno di servizio ed il terrazzo che si trovano al piano superiore. L’appartamento è dotato di 3 stanze da letto di cui 2 comunicanti, 2 aree studio, 4 bagni, una lavanderia, una cucina, un ampio soggiorno ed un grande terrazzo, il tema del progetto era la percorribilità degli spazi attraverso una disposizione degli ambienti in continuità uno con l’altro, la scala ha assunto forme espressive in sintonia con il gusto dei proprietari.

Full reconstruction of a duplex apartment
Full reconstruction of a duplex apartment of 195 square meters (170+25) and 110 square meter terrace, located in the heart of Milan. The project included the construction of a modern and exclusive apartment for a four-people family. The apartment features all rooms on the ground floor except for the kitchen, provided with a toilet and a terrace, located on the second floor. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of which connecting, 2 study spaces, 4 bathrooms, a laundry room, a kitchen a large living room, and a terrace. The aim of the project was the walkability of spaces through continuity among the different rooms, the staircase has acquired features in tune with the owners’ personalities.

Finishing in wood floors by Trapa, resins by HD Cementino, lights by Oty, pickled natural steel, bathrooms ceramics by Catalano, bathroom fittings by Zucchetti, air-conditioning system by Daikin with heat pump canalized in the false ceilings.
