Ristrutturazione uffici e sala convegni

Ristrutturazione parziale della zona uffici posta al piano terreno, ristrutturazione integrale dei locali posti nel seminterrato una volta adibiti a Centro benessere. Il programma prevedeva la realizzazione di spazi accessori di rappresentanza e comunicanti con gli uffici posti al piano superiore, la comunicazione tra i due livelli è stata risolta attraverso l’installazione di un’ascensore privato. Il piano interrato ospita un’ampia sala convegni (80 mq) dotata di un sofisticato impianto audio-video, una break area, uffici, cucina, 2 bagni e reception. Il tema di progetto ruotava attorno all’idea di dotare gli uffici di spazi di rappresentanza che potessero però essere flessibili e quindi in grado di soddisfare le diverse esigenze delle numerose associazioni dirigenziali che utilizzano gli ambienti.

Finiture in parquet, gres Mosa, luci Viabizzuno, acciaio decapato naturale ceramiche bagni Pozzi Ginori, rubinetterie Zucchetti, arredi in legno Zebrano, impianto di climatizzazione con pompa di calore Daikin canalizzato nei controsoffitti.

Reconstruction of offices and new conference hall

Full reconstruction of duplex offices of 325 square meters (175+150) and construction of a conference hall in Milano, Italy.
Partial reconstruction of an office space located on the ground floor, full reconstruction of premises on the basement floor, previously used for a wellness centre. The aim of the project was to create ancillary official spaces and connected to the offices located on the upper floor. Communication between the two floors was realized through a private elevator. The basement has a large meeting room (80 square meters) equipped with a sophisticated audio-video equipment, a break area, offices, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and reception. The theme of the project revolved around the idea of providing the offices with official spaces that could, however, keep their flexibility and therefore meet the diverse needs of different management groups that make use of the premises.

Finishing in wood floors, gres by Mosa, lights by Viabizzuno, pickled natural steel, bathrooms ceramics by PozziGinori, bathroom fittings by Zucchetti, wood furniture by Zebrano, air-conditioning system by Daikin with heat pump canalized in the false ceilings.
